Switching styrusmusic.net to wordpress

By in Music, News, Styrus

With the much needed help of a friend, the long task of switching styrusmusic.net to a wordpress blog has finished. It’s very easily updateable now as opposed to a boring static site, the like of which we are all growing to hate.

The dust of this transferring business hasn’t quite settled yet–all my links to short stories and essays etc (not to mention the banner to this blog) are down at the moment–but never fear, all will be normal soon.

I’ve also put the entire Styrus | Amaranthine album up and available for free download at styrus.bandcamp.com (if you want a physical copy you can order one here.)

  1. Well, it’s harder to skin and no way near as straight forward to set up as Blogger . . . aside from that, it does have some pretty sweet features. Blogger is better for personal blogs IMO, but I could be wrong, I’ve only used WP for a couple of days.

Hi bud… You’ll have to tell me if WP is better than blogger ;-)
